Court Results

State of Iowa v. Marne Elizabeth Ryan of Oelwein. Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of third degree theft and was sentenced to 187 days in jail with 180 days suspended and credit for time served. Ryan was ordered to pay restitution and fined $625, with the fine being suspended by the court. She was also placed on two years probation.

State of Iowa v. Nickolas Allen Haugland, 27, of Oelwein. Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of driving while barred and was fined $625 and sentenced to 90 days in the Fayette County Jail, with 83 days being suspended by the court. Haugland was placed on two years probation.

State of Iowa v. Jeffery Ryan Wilson Sr., 32, of Oelwein. Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of driving while barred and was fined $625 and sentenced to 180 days in the Fayette County Jail. The fine and 150 days of the jail sentence was suspended by the court and Wilson was placed on two years probation.

State of Iowa v. Matthew David Rozinek, 30, of Oelwein. Defendant pleaded guilty to the charges assault causing bodily injury or mental illness and trespassing, injury or damage greater than $200 with judgment deferred. Rozinek was placed on one year of probation and fined a total of $630, with the option of community service being performed in lieu of the fine.

State of Iowa v. Don Francis Kulish, 48, of Fayette. Defendant pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, first offense. Kulish was fined $315 and sentenced to 60 days in the Fayette County Jail, of which 58 days were suspended. Kulish was placed on one year of probation and the charge of possession of marijuana was dismissed by the court.
