Sacred Heart represented at NCYC

Students and chaperones from Sacred Heart Parish were among the largest group from the Archdiocese of Dubuque, with nearly 1,700 people attending the National Catholic Youth Conference. The conference was held Nov. 21-23, in Indianapolis, Indiana, at the Luca Oil Stadium. A total of 20,000 people were in attendance. The young people had many faith-inspiring opportunities. NCYC offered large group presentations, break out sessions, as well as service opportunities. The conference ended with a Mass celebrated by the bishop of the Indianapolis Diocese, several attending bishops and many priests.
