At the May 2019 Board Meeting, the Board of Directors of First National Bank approved promotions for Cyndi Canney, Pam Grazier, Chelsea Lohmann, LuAnn Ray, Christine Spratt and Jennifer Staines.

Cyndi Canney has been promoted to Vice President, Audit. Cyndi has been with First National Bank since 1992, and is responsible for the internal audit area, bank security, business continuity planning, and risk management. She is a Certified Community Bank Internal Auditor and Security Officer. Cyndi and her family reside in Waverly.

Pam Grazier has been promoted to Information Technology Officer. Pam has been with First National Bank since June of 2007. Pam most recently has been responsible for document imaging and OnBase system administration. Pam and her family reside in Cedar Falls.

Chelsea Lohmann has been promoted to Cashier. Chelsea joined First National Bank in 2016 and most recently worked as an Operations Specialist. Chelsea and her family reside in Waverly.

LuAnn Ray has been promoted to Vice President, Trust Officer. LuAnn is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor with over 30 years of trust experience and has been with First National Bank since May 2011. LuAnn and her husband reside in Waverly.

Christine Spratt has been promoted to Senior Business Banking Assistant. Christine has been an assistant in Business and Ag Banking since joining First National Bank in September 1991. Christine and her husband reside in Waverly.

Jennifer Staines has been promoted to Assistant Trust Officer. Jennifer has been with First National Bank since 2002 and will sit for the CTFA (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor) exam this summer. Jennifer and her husband live in Waverly.
