WAVERLY – Mark your calendars, and invite your friends and family to the 8th Annual Spring Social! St. Paul’s Lutheran School will be hosting its annual Spring Social on Friday, May 4 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. in the St. Paul’s Parish Hall, 301 1st St. NW, Waverly.

The Spring Social is an evening of food, fun, and entertainment with a live and silent auction aimed to support the technology needs of St. Paul’s Lutheran School students and staff. Bid on concert and game tickets, sports memorabilia, museum passes, gift cards and more. With over 100 items up for auction, there is something for everyone!

“It can be a challenge to keep up with a changing technology landscape. Each year presents us new opportunities and needs. The funds raised through the Spring Social help us provide teachers with tools that support the great work they do in the classroom,” Devin Wipperman, director of information & worship technologies.  In the past eight years, the Spring Social has raised nearly $80,000 to keep St. Paul’s Lutheran School students and staff supplied with the technology they need to gain the best education.

Come enjoy an evening of fun and entertainment while supporting the needs of our school. Admission is $10 at the door. Five dollar early admission will be offered for one day, Sunday, April 29, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church & School. The greater community is invited and encouraged to attend.
